Château de Chambord
I spent half of my 2018 summer in the small towns of central France. I remember always jumping onto the tram the second before the doors closed, resting my breath while watching la Loire sparkling under the morning sun. Or walking back after Fête de la Musique, across the bridge with friends in dusky lights, holding a barbe à papa only to discover later on, when I was about to take my first bite, that it was matted with tiny summer bugs living near the water (eww). And of course, explorations of gardens and castles. There are simply too many loving memories of that summer, and I’m glad some of them lives on in my photographs.
